Do I need a crate?

No. Unless you prefer it for safety, your dog is welcome to sit on the protected leather seats or on the floor. We trust your judgment.

Is there an extra cleaning fee?

We do not charge for standard shedding—that comes with the territory. Cleaning fees are only applied for extreme accidents or damage.

Do you transport animals other than dogs?

Absolutely. We welcome cats, rabbits, and even snakes (securely crated, please!). As for unicorns, we might need a little extra notice to fit the horn, but we never say never.

What does a private driver cost for pet travel?

Our private driver cost is all-inclusive. We do not charge “pet surcharges” for standard transfers.
